Jim Salerno Appointed as Head of Sales at Tratta

Tratta has appointed Jim Salerno as Head of Sales. Salerno joins the payments company from TreviPay, where a five-year tenure culminated in the role of Head of North America Sales, and brings more than 15 years of sales experience to the post.

A Track Record In Sales

Salerno's sales career began in 2009, according to Crustdata people data. At TreviPay, Salerno rose from Director of Enterprise Business Development in 2021 to Head of North America Sales in 2025.

Before TreviPay, Salerno served as Director, Strategic Sales at Comdata from 2017 to 2021. The foundation was laid at Verizon, where five years as an account executive led to a role as Major Account Manager at Verizon Connect. That experience is backed by a Master of Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and an earlier degree in marketing and professional selling from Northern Illinois University.
